Key Areas of the First Aid Boxes section

Add an unlimited number of First Aid Boxes to your system.
Each First Aid Box can contain an unlimited number of items.
For each item you can state the recommended and actual quantity, when you stock take the system will advise you if the actual quantity is below the recommended quantity.
For each item you can indicate the expiry date, should any item within the First Aid Box pass its expiry date the system will alert you.
First Aid Boxes can be copied to save you having to manually add a new First Aid Box.

First Aid Boxes

The First Aid Boxes overview page allows you to see at a glance all the First Aid Boxes that you have setup on the system, for each First Aid Box you can see at a glance the name, size, number of items within the First Aid Box and any alerts relative to the First Aid Box, an alert will show if an item is below the recommended quantity or an item within the First Aid Box has past its expiry date.

When viewing a First Aid Box you can see at a glance each item contained within, the recommended and actual quantity and the item's expiry dates, in addition an alert will be shown if an item is below the recommended quantity or an item has past its expiry date.
